Mounts Bug

I don't know if this is account of lag or what but when i try to learn flying broom and swift flying broom it won't work my guy just sits thier looking like he is making something. All other mounts and pets i tried work

Core is missing World Event Opcodes.

Broom is flagged "only useable on Hallow's End" The things for the Event may spawn ,but the core doesnt flag it,so you cant use becuz its not officially Hallow`s End.

i don't think u understood me. u cant even get it from npc but it gives the opt to.
